Arjunis B.Sc Agriculture. After completing his degree he visited his village andfound people were using old techniques of farming, due to which the yield islow. Moreover the soil is not in use accordance with its components. He met Sarpanch,asked people to assemble in the out skirts of the village close to theagriculture fields. He told them about the various new techniques, to addpotassium manures; phosphates; nitrates, crop rotation and to use modernmachines for harvesting. The farmers started using hybrid seeds and pesticideswhich increased the productivity. They were also introduced to the variousgovernment policies and programmes and waiver of loans under the currentscheme. The farmers lead to rich cropping, and now they are growing with new techniquesand have become prosperous.
