Janak isfrom a city background, after completing his post-graduation in medicines, herealized that nobody is willing to serve in a village. He volunteered to visita tribal village and on reaching there he found lot of people suffering fromdiseased and moreover the reason for that is the un-cleanliness and unhygienicconditions, prevailing in the village. He set up a camp and delivered medicinesto the people suffering from routine problems. He motivated the villagers toassemble and educated them on the essentials of healthy living. He asked themto remain clean and to collect garbage at proper place and to use clean waterfor drinking. Initially his proposal is not taken positively, but gradually hestarted setting personal example. He visited the homes early morning andcleared the waste in artificial dumping kits. He also introduced the Gobar gasplant’s which could recycle the waste of the village. Over a period of time,Janak not only brought awareness on healthy living but helped improve theliving conditions. He felt happy and satisfied by his action. Villagers startedlistening to Janak more carefully and he motivated his colleagues to serve thepeople effectively.

Comments

The stimulus depicts a person addressing a group ofvillagers including an elderly person clad in turban and two young boys alsoadoring the same tunic. The central character is successful in reaching out tothe villagers and giving them essentials of healthy living in the existingcircumstances. He person has the capacity to motivate the villagers and bringchanges which are productive.
