Vikram isthe student of NCC and he is performing the duties of the under Officer. He isgiven the responsibility to visit Uttar Kashi where a NCC camp is proceedingnext week. He along with three NCC students went to Uttar Kashi, which istotally forested area. Abundance flora and fauna all around, and early morningweather is pleasant. He is leading the boys and checks the complete areasuitable for camp and finds a river close to the camping ground which has beenear marked river close to the camping ground which has been ear marked as asuitable area. He collected all the information and data about the place, wentback and informed his senior officer and gave all the vital information aboutthe site. His officer is happy with his work. Thereafter, the NCC students wentto the camp site and enjoyed their extensive tenure in the camping area. Theselection of the camp area proved to be successful, and Vikram alwaysvolunteered to organize such events.

The stimulusdepicts few boys in NCC uniform probably camping around in the general area.The central character leads the team from the front and motivates his teammates to achieve the desired aim and goal cherished by the higher trainingauthorities. The process of leadership by setting personal example and playinga role model to his subordinate is praise worthy. Leadership skills aredemonstrated at sub-unit level.
